Blibli is evolving into a comprehensive digital ecosystem that integrates people, technology, and business innovation. As a Product Manager for the Warehouse Management System (WMS), you will lead the development of critical supply chain and fulfillment capabilities. You will collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and various business stakeholders to design scalable solutions that enhance inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, and overall fulfillment performance. This role involves end-to-end product ownership, from discovery and requirement management to roadmap prioritization and delivery execution. You will be responsible for aligning stakeholders and driving continuous improvements across inbound, outbound, inventory management, and cold storage initiatives, ensuring that operational needs are effectively translated into robust technical solutions.
Tanggung jawab: Own the WMS product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, operational efficiency, and customer value.; Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and Logistics stakeholders.; Translate operational requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.; Partner closely with Engineering teams to deliver scalable warehouse management solutions across inventory, inbound, outbound, picking, packing, replenishment, stock transfer, and fulfillment processes.; Drive continuous improvements across warehouse operations by identifying process gaps, operational bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.; Support strategic initiatives including Cold Storage WMS, fulfillment center expansion, omnichannel warehouse operations, and inventory management enhancements.; Act as the key product liaison between business users and technology teams, ensuring operational requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.; Provide timely support and response to operational issues, working closely with stakeholders to identify root causes and preventive actions..
Kualifikasi: 5-6 years of Product Management experience; Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Logistics, or Omnichannel Operations environments is preferred.

Kualifikasi
- 5-6 years of Product Management experience
