The engineering team works collaboratively to develop reliable systems and streamline business processes to meet evolving market needs. As a Senior Software Development Engineer – Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Odoo-based applications across various business domains. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, build integrations with third-party systems, and ensure the performance, security, and reliability of applications. Beyond hands-on development, you will contribute to technical architecture decisions, maintain engineering standards, and mentor junior developers to strengthen the team's technical capabilities.
Tanggung jawab: Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules across multiple business domains; Develop new features and enhancements using Python and the Odoo framework, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and scalability; Build and maintain integrations between Odoo and third-party applications using REST APIs, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC, and other integration methods; Optimize application performance, PostgreSQL database queries, and system scalability; Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders; Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and apply software engineering best practices; Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, manage module migrations and upgrades, and maintain technical documentation; Contribute to technical architecture discussions and mentor junior developers.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (equivalent practical experience is considered); Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience; Minimum 3 years of hands-on Odoo/ERP development experience; Strong proficiency in Python programming; Extensive experience with Odoo Community and/or Enterprise editions; Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
