The Food & Beverage Captain is responsible for overseeing daily service operations within the establishment. This role involves leading the service team to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, managing workflow, and maintaining efficient service procedures. The Captain acts as a bridge between the management and the service staff, ensuring that all F&B policies are strictly followed while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Vocational Highschool or Diploma Degree with relevant background education; Minimum 1-2 years experience in the same position; Strong leadership & analytical skill; Understand Basic F&B Service policies & procedures; Have positive attitude, ability to effective communication & interpersonal skills; Ability to work under pressure & able to work as a team.
