The Dept. Head of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) is responsible for implementing the Integrated Management System (IMS) and driving improvement plans, including the integration of technology-based solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in accordance with HSE best practices. This leadership role oversees safety and environmental management systems, including audit implementation, financial planning for HSE, and incident handling. The position holds the authority to halt operations if safety or environmental standards are not met, conduct site investigations regarding workplace accidents, and manage internal auditor competencies.
Tanggung jawab: Implement Integrated Management System (IMS) and improvement plans; Utilize technology solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs; Manage Safety & Environmental Management System Certification Audits; Oversee HSE planning, monitoring, and finance; Conduct audits and management reviews; Handle incidents and manage continuous improvement projects; Exercise authority to stop work if safety/environmental standards are not met; Conduct workplace inspections and accident investigations; Determine and modify internal auditor assignments based on competency.
