The Senior Specialist, Contract Management is tasked with overseeing the entire procurement and contract lifecycle for the organization. This includes managing tendering processes, conducting commercial evaluations, administering contracts, and negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable terms. In addition to core procurement duties, the role requires strict adherence to PTK 007 Procurement Guidelines and SKK Migas regulatory requirements. The specialist will leverage Oracle ERP systems to streamline procurement activities, perform data analysis and reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
