The Senior Structural Drafter will specialize in reinforcement detailing using Tekla Structures. This role involves producing precise 3D reinforcement models, shop drawings, and bar bending schedules for large-scale projects such as high-rise residential towers, commercial buildings, hospitals, and data centers. The drafter will ensure all designs are buildable, compliant with specifications, and will provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Tanggung jawab: Develop detailed 3D reinforcement models using Tekla Structures; Produce high-quality reinforcement shop drawings and placing drawings; Generate accurate reinforcement bar schedules, bar bending schedules, and material take-offs; Detail reinforcement for footings, pile caps, raft slabs, basement structures, transfer slabs, columns, core walls, retaining walls, beams, precast elements, and in-situ concrete structures; Ensure all reinforcement detailing is practical, buildable, and compliant with project specifications; Review and interpret structural engineering drawings, specifications, and design documentation; Liaise with structural engineers, architects, builders, reinforcement suppliers, and site personnel; Identify and resolve design conflicts, reinforcement congestion issues, and constructability challenges; Participate in project coordination and BIM meetings; Perform detailed checking and quality reviews of reinforcement models, drawings, and schedules; Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and intermediate drafters.
Kualifikasi: Highly experienced and detail-oriented; Proficiency in Tekla Structures; Experience in reinforcement detailing, bar scheduling, and reinforced concrete documentation; Experience working on complex reinforced concrete structures (multi-storey commercial towers, high-rise residential, hospitals, schools, data centres, etc.).
