The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, particularly in Mandarin-speaking regions, for an automotive manufacturing company. The role involves evaluating supplier performance, negotiating terms, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials to support production schedules. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle cross-functional collaboration with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams. The specialist will perform cost analysis, monitor inventory levels, and ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
Tanggung jawab: Identify and develop relationships with key suppliers, especially in Mandarin-speaking regions; Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service; Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms; Support sourcing of automotive parts and materials; Oversee purchase order processing and ensure timely delivery; Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts; Perform cost analysis and market research; Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations; Prepare procurement reports for management.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in automotive manufacturing; Experience managing suppliers from Mandarin-speaking regions (export/import); Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken); Proficient in English; Located in West Jakarta.
