We are an importer and distributor in the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industry in Indonesia, consisting of several key entities including PT Pantja Artha Niaga, PT Pelita Abadi Niaga, PT Pelita Makmur Perkasa, PT Sumber Anggur Sejahtera, and Nano Logistic, PT. We are currently seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team. As a Whisky Buttler / Retail Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and engaging with clients regarding our premium beverage products. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that our high standards of hospitality and product knowledge are maintained in a dynamic retail environment.
Kualifikasi: Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Confident personality; Experience in Retail, Customer Service, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, or F&B industry; Well-groomed, presentable, and customer oriented; Detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities; Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment; Passionate about premium products, hospitality, and customer engagement.
