Saat ini perusahaan mencari Chief Executive Officer (CEO) untuk memimpin organisasi dengan visi strategis dan keunggulan operasional yang berlokasi di Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab langsung kepada Dewan Direksi untuk menetapkan serta mengeksekusi arah strategis perusahaan, mendorong kinerja keuangan, mengelola sumber daya dan investasi lintas sektor, membangun tim kepemimpinan berkinerja tinggi, menjalin hubungan erat dengan investor dan badan pengatur, serta mengidentifikasi peluang ekspansi bisnis baru guna memastikan pertumbuhan jangka panjang perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with the company's vision, mission, and long-term objectives; Lead all aspects of business operations, ensuring effective management of resources, investments, and portfolios across multiple sectors; Oversee financial performance, profitability, and return on investment, with direct accountability for revenue targets and cost management; Build and develop high-performing leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement; Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, board members, partners, and regulatory bodies; Identify new investment opportunities and market expansion strategies to drive business growth; Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and risk management frameworks; Represent the company at Board meetings and provide regular strategic updates on business performance and market conditions; Drive organisational transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, profitability, and competitive positioning; Foster innovation and adapt business strategies in response to market dynamics and emerging opportunities.
