Posisi System Analyst dibutuhkan untuk merancang, menganalisis, dan mendokumentasikan kebutuhan sistem serta solusi teknologi informasi perusahaan. Peran ini bertanggung jawab menjembatani kebutuhan bisnis dengan tim pengembang, memastikan integrasi sistem yang andal, serta mengawal kualitas dokumentasi teknis maupun pengujian perangkat lunak.
Tanggung jawab: Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements (BRD/FRD/SRS); Define functional and non-functional requirements and business rules; Design system processes, data flows, use cases, UML sequence diagrams, and ERD; Prepare API specifications, data mapping, validation rules, and error handling; Collaborate with Developers, QA, Product, and Infrastructure teams; Support API validation using Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI; Perform data analysis and validation using SQL; Manage requirement changes, impact analysis, and stakeholder alignment; Support SIT/UAT through acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and traceability; Maintain system documentation using Jira, Trello, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or related field; Minimum 2–3 years of experience as System Analyst or similar role; Strong experience in system analysis, solution design, and requirement documentation; Proficient in BRD/FRD/SRS, UML, ERD, Business Process Flow, and data mapping; Good understanding of REST API, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and system integration; Able to write basic to moderately complex SQL queries; Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and requirement traceability; Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; Experience in financial, banking, cooperative, lending, or transaction systems; Understanding of system security and regulatory requirements.
