Posisi ini berfokus pada dua area fungsional utama yaitu pengujian kinerja (Performance Testing) dan penyusunan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Anda akan berkolaborasi erat dengan pengembang, manajer produk, dan pemangku kepentingan untuk menetapkan metrik kinerja, mengonfigurasi lingkungan pengujian, menjalankan pengujian komprehensif, serta memastikan konsistensi dan kualitas operasional tim secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Serve as a key driver for two main functional areas: Performance Testing and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Develop, implement, and continuously update SOPs for testing workflows to ensure consistency, quality, and best practices across the team; Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define performance metrics; Configure test environments to mimic production setups, ensuring that all necessary hardware, software, and network configurations are in place; Conduct comprehensive performance tests, including load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and spike testing; Use various automated and manual tools to simulate user activity and load; Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and issues, comparing actual performance against expected benchmarks; Document test findings and create detailed performance reports in alignment with established SOPs; Provide actionable insights and recommendations for performance improvements; Communicate results effectively to development teams and stakeholders; Investigate, identify, and report bugs discovered in testing flows; Conduct ad-hoc tests and support other tasks related to team goals; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; Proven ability to document processes and maintain structured SOPs; Proficient in English to facilitate cross-border communications and collaborations; Proficient with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL is a plus; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills; Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment; Strong sense of ownership, excellent team spirit, and a highly detail-oriented approach.
