Fresh Factory mencari Operation Support untuk mendukung operasional harian melalui manajemen sistem, pengolahan data, pelaporan, dan peningkatan proses operasional. Peran ini melibatkan pengembangan dan pemeliharaan aplikasi/sistem, pengelolaan database, serta pembuatan dashboard untuk pemantauan operasional dan pengambilan keputusan. Kandidat akan bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan pengujian sistem, memantau isu terkait data, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk penyelesaian masalah. Diperlukan latar belakang pendidikan di bidang IT, Ilmu Komputer, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Industri, atau Analisis Data, dengan pengalaman 1-3 tahun di posisi serupa. Kemampuan SQL yang kuat dan keterampilan analitis sangat dibutuhkan untuk posisi ini.
Tanggung jawab: Support daily operations through system management, data processing, reporting, and operational improvement; Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of applications/systems based on operational needs; Manage databases, SQL queries, and data processing to support operational activities and reporting; Develop and maintain dashboards and data-based reports for operational monitoring and decision-making; Conduct testing and validation of system changes or developments before implementation; Monitor system and data-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution; Support operational analysis and process improvements through data and system solutions.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics , or related fields; 1–3 years of experience in Operation Support, Business Process, Data Analyst, System Support , or similar roles; Good knowledge of SQL and database management; Experience with dashboard and reporting tools; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data; Good communication and coordination skills; Able to work independently and collaboratively.
