Tropical Kasbah is looking for an experienced, highly structured, and hands-on General Manager to oversee and develop growing hospitality operations in Ubud, Bali. This is a leadership position requiring a professional who can take full responsibility for daily operations, team management, guest satisfaction, occupancy and revenue performance, maintenance, HR coordination, budgeting, cost control, and management reporting. The ideal candidate must be analytical, financially minded, highly organized, and detail-oriented. The role requires a balance between analyzing numbers and being present on-site to inspect operations, coach teams, and maintain high-quality standards consistently.
