Belalu Bali Boutique & SPA is a luxurious, intimate 5-star resort located in the heart of Ubud, Bali. We offer a unique holistic retreat experience for eco-conscious guests, featuring new-generation villas built in harmony with the surrounding environment, including infinity pools and jungle views. We are seeking an experienced Deputy Resort Manager to join our management team. This full-time position plays a crucial operational and strategic role, working alongside the owners to oversee all aspects of daily resort operations. You will ensure guests receive outstanding service, manage staff performance, maintain operational budgets, and uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism across all departments.
Tanggung jawab: Assisting the owners and all team in overseeing all daily resort operations, including accommodation, dining, spa services, and recreational activities; Managing staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations across all departments to ensure service excellence; Monitoring guest satisfaction, responding to concerns and complaints professionally, and implementing corrective actions where necessary; Maintaining operational budgets, managing expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost efficiency without compromising quality; Ensuring compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental sustainability practices; Overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, and facilities management to ensure the resort remains pristine; Managing guest relations, special requests, and event coordination to enhance the guest experience; Conducting regular property inspections and maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting; Acting as Resort Manager and assuming full management responsibilities during periods of absence.
