Sebagai bagian dari jaringan perhotelan mewah global, Aman berkomitmen pada standar layanan dan kualitas tertinggi. Area Hygiene and Sanitation Manager bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan, mengimplementasikan, dan mengawasi kebijakan kebersihan dan sanitasi di seluruh properti Aman Indonesia. Peran ini mencakup inspeksi rutin, pelatihan staf, manajemen pengadaan perlengkapan kebersihan, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi kesehatan lokal dan standar internasional untuk menjaga keamanan tamu dan fasilitas.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene and sanitation policies, procedures, and protocols; Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance; Train and educate colleagues in proper hygiene practices; Oversee the cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and other facilities; Manage the procurement and effective use of cleaning supplies and equipment; Manage sampling collection process and periodic lab tests for food and water samples; Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers; Ensure adherence to Indonesian local health regulations and international hygiene standards; Investigate and resolve hygiene or sanitation-related issues.
Kualifikasi: Pengalaman di bidang kebersihan dan sanitasi; Pemahaman mendalam tentang standar FSMS; Kemampuan koordinasi dengan agensi eksternal dan kepatuhan regulasi.
