Sebuah restoran di kawasan Pengosekan Ubud, Bali, mencari Restaurant Outlet Manager yang berpengalaman dan memiliki keterlibatan langsung (hands-on) untuk memimpin operasional harian restoran. Berdomisili atau siap ditempatkan di Bali, posisi ini memegang kendali penuh atas kelancaran layanan dan standar kualitas di outlet. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pengawasan operasional restoran sehari-hari, manajemen tim outlet termasuk penjadwalan (roster) dan evaluasi kinerja, serta koordinasi yang kuat antara area depan (FOH) dan dapur (Kitchen). Manajer juga bertanggung jawab menangani keluhan tamu, memastikan standar pelayanan prima, serta mengontrol penjualan, inventaris, dan pengendalian biaya operasional secara efektif.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service; Manage and supervise the outlet team, including roster and performance.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3 years of experience in Restaurant / Outlet Management; Strong experience in F&B operations; Good English communication skills, both spoken and written; Strong leadership and team management skills; Good understanding of FOH & Kitchen coordination; Able to handle guest complaints and ensure excellent service standards; Understanding of sales, inventory, cost control, and daily operations; Well-organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure; Willing to be placed in Ubud, Bali.
