Perusahaan freight forwarding di Jakarta mencari Freight Executive yang termotivasi dan berorientasi pada pelanggan. Peran hybrid ini melibatkan kombinasi antara fungsi penjualan dan layanan pelanggan, di mana Anda akan mendukung pelanggan sepanjang proses pengiriman barang. Anda akan bertanggung jawab mengelola hubungan pelanggan, menyiapkan penawaran harga, mengamankan peluang bisnis, serta memastikan pengiriman barang ekspor dan impor berjalan lancar.
Tanggung jawab: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.; Respond to enquiries and provide suitable freight and logistics solutions.; Prepare and follow up on quotations, service proposals, and pricing requests.; Identify opportunities to grow revenue through new business, cross-selling, and upselling activities.; Work closely with operational teams to ensure customer requirements are met.; Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipment enquiries and service requests.; Coordinate with operations, carriers, agents, and overseas partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.; Provide customers with timely updates on shipment status and resolve service-related issues promptly.; Handle freight documentation and ensure accuracy of shipment records..
