COLORROSE, distributed by PT Murmurmuse Trade Indo, is a viral, fast-growing beauty and cosmetics brand celebrated for its vintage aesthetic packaging and high-performance makeup products. We are seeking an energetic, data-driven, and result-oriented Affiliate Specialist to expand our affiliate network and drive e-commerce sales growth across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, and more. In this role, you will lead affiliate recruitment and relationship management by identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding target Beauty KOLs, micro-influencers, and affiliate creators to promote our products. You will maintain active daily communication to build strong, long-term partnerships, negotiate commission rates, campaign incentives, exclusive discount vouchers, and sample product allocations. Additionally, you will plan and execute affiliate marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, monthly double-digit mega sales (e.g., 9.9, 10.10, 11.11), and viral product push initiatives.
