CTBCI Jakarta Branch is a leading banking institution in Indonesia, offering a wide range of financial services to individuals and businesses. The Customer Service role is integral to the branch’s operations, serving as the first point of contact for walk‑in customers and ensuring a seamless banking experience. This position involves assisting customers with account opening, closing, and updates, as well as handling inquiries related to balance checks, foreign exchange, and time deposit contracts. The role requires a strong understanding of banking transactions and the ability to use standard office software to support customer needs.
Tanggung jawab: Assist walk in customer to fill in forms, request and other information; Assist with Account Opening, Account Closing, and Account Update; Deliver and roll over contract of Time Deposit; Assist Customer’s inquiry for balance checking, FX, and other routine account mutation.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 2 years experience as Customer Service in Banking Industry; Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management or any other relevant discipline; English proficiency in listening, writing and speaking; Good Knowledge in Banking Transactions and Banking Industry; Familiar with software application, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
