Posisi Logistics Staff Mandarin Speaker untuk perusahaan trading di Jakarta ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola dan memantau keseluruhan proses logistik ekspor-impor mulai dari pesanan pembelian (PO), pengiriman, kepabeanan (customs clearance), hingga barang tiba di gudang. Anda akan berkoordinasi secara intensif dengan prinsipal di luar negeri (terutama China dan Eropa), agen pengiriman, pihak bea cukai, serta divisi keuangan dan gudang.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and monitor import-export logistics processes, from Purchase Order (PO), shipment, and customs clearance through to delivery and receipt at the Warehouse; Coordinate with Principals, particularly those based in China and Europe, regarding schedules, documentation, shipments, and logistics requirements; Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, Customs authorities, surveyors, and other relevant parties throughout the import-export process; Ensure the completeness and accuracy of logistics and customs documentation, including LS, PIB, and other customs clearance documents; Coordinate with the Finance team regarding documentation and payments for freight forwarders, Customs authorities, surveyors, Principals, and other relevant parties; Coordinate with the Warehouse team regarding the receipt of goods following the customs clearance process; Monitor shipment status for both air and sea freight and ensure all processes are carried out according to schedule and applicable regulations; Other tasks as assigned; Job Requirements:; Bachelor's Degree; Min. Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree; Min. Tanggung jawab
