Our services include project logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing and integrated logistics support for the oil & gas, mining, and energy sectors. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Export-Import Supervisor to join our team. Position: CS EXIM Supervisior Location in Fatmawati - Jakarta Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in Export-Import Customer Service, Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding, or PPJK operations. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory, coordinator, or team leader role. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Customs regulations and documentation, including PIB, PEB, HS Code, CEISA 4.0, INSW, and import/export procedures. Experience using CEISA 4.0 and customs documentation systems is required. PPJK Certification is an advantage. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
