Kami sedang mencari Assistant Manager E-commerce Warehousing and Logistics yang sangat kompeten untuk memimpin pengelolaan operasional pergudangan dan logistik. Berlokasi di PIK, Jakarta Utara, posisi ini mencakup tanggung jawab strategis dalam mengelola gudang pihak ketiga serta pesanan dari berbagai platform e-commerce. Anda akan mengawasi alur pengiriman dan retur barang, mencocokkan data inventaris fisik dan online secara berkala, mengoordinasikan penanganan pengiriman bersama tim logistik, serta menyusun laporan manajerial secara rutin kepada manajer untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap Standar Operasional Prosedur perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: We are seeking a highly capable Assistant Manager of E-commerce Warehousing and Logistics with experience in warehousing and logistics processes. The role involves managing third-party warehouses and e-commerce platform orders—including inventory man; 1. Manage shipments and returns, and reconcile inventory data (online and physical); 2. Conduct and supervise periodic inventory counts; 3. Oversee the returns process from customers and e-commerce platforms; 4. Coordinate with the shipping team to handle shipments and returns; 5. Submit regular warehouse and logistics management reports to the manager; 6. Ensure operational processes comply with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); Work Location: PIK, North Jakarta; Workdays: Monday - Friday; Salary: 12,000,000 IDR – 15,000,000 IDR (all-in).
Kualifikasi: At least 5 years of experience in warehousing and logistics; Familiarity with e-commerce processes—from outbound shipping to returns processing and bad debt handling; Proficiency in online inventory management systems (Big-seller); Preference given to candidates with a background at freight/logistics companies (JNT, JNE, or similar distributors); Experience conducting regular inventory counts; Meticulous and thorough; Strong communication skills: ability to coordinate with third-party warehouses, logistics providers, and platforms to resolve warehousing and logistics issues; English communication skills preferred.
