Posisi Assistant to COO – Data Analytics & AI Digitalization (Mandarin Speaker) dirancang bagi talenta analitis yang fasih berbahasa Mandarin untuk membantu Chief Operating Officer dalam transformasi digital dan peningkatan efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Peran ini memadukan keahlian analitik data tingkat lanjut dengan pemahaman mendalam tentang penerapan kecerdasan buatan (AI) di sektor bisnis. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pengembangan sistem data operasional untuk berbagai outlet di Indonesia, evaluasi dan pemantauan kinerja lintas wilayah, serta penerapan teknologi AI untuk peramalan penjualan dan penjadwalan tenaga kerja. Anda juga akan menyusun laporan operasional harian, mingguan, serta bulanan guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis oleh manajemen.
Tanggung jawab: Operational Data System Development: Assist the COO in developing operational performance indicators for outlets across Indonesia, covering revenue, costs, labor productivity, sales per square meter, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Ensure; Performance Evaluation & Monitoring: Collect, process, and analyze operational performance data across regions and outlets. Prepare regular performance evaluation reports, monitor target achievements, and support the improvement of performance assess; AI Implementation & Digitalization: Identify opportunities to apply AI in business operations, such as sales forecasting, intelligent workforce scheduling, automated operational inspections, and AI-powered operational assistants. Coordinate with tech; Data Analysis & Decision-Making Support: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Analyze business trends, identify operational issues, and provide practical, data-driven recommendations to support decision-making by the COO and manage; Digital System Development: Identify operational digitalization needs and support the development and optimization of Business Intelligence (BI) systems, outlet management systems, and other digital operational tools to improve efficiency and operati.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree from a leading university in Indonesia or China. Graduates in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields are preferred; Graduates from China's 985/211 universities or Double First-Class institutions are an advantage; Maximum of 3 years of full-time work experience. Fresh graduates with strong data analysis skills may be considered; Experience in operational data analysis within restaurant chains or the F&B industry, technology/internet companies, or management consulting firms is an advantage; Fluent in Mandarin , both spoken and written, with the ability to use Mandarin as a working language; Native or professionally proficient in Bahasa Indonesia. Good English proficiency is an advantage; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and advanced formulas; Familiar with SQL and data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI; Strong skills in data analysis, numerical interpretation, report preparation, and problem-solving; Basic understanding of AI applications in business operations, particularly in the F&B, retail, or multi-outlet business sectors; Strong logical and analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a keen interest in digital transformation and operational efficiency improvement.
