PT Tumbuh Sehat' is a leading hospitality and entertainment company in Jakarta. We are currently seeking a smart, friendly, and service-oriented Waitress to join our team in West Jakarta. As a Waitress, you will play a key role in ensuring an unforgettable customer experience through personalized and enthusiastic service. You will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, maintaining the cleanliness of the area, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Tanggung jawab: Greet and welcome customers politely; Assist customers with food and beverage orders; Serve orders quickly and efficiently; Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tables and chairs; Ensure customer satisfaction; Maintain strict health and hygiene standards in the restaurant and karaoke area; Work collaboratively with the team.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress in a Karaoke or similar entertainment venue; Ability to work in a team and serve customers with enthusiasm; Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Knowledge of health and safety procedures in the industry; Neat and professional appearance; Flexible with shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
