Dewa Cafe is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our Pre-opening team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy interacting with guests, and are committed to delivering an excellent dining experience.
Tanggung jawab: Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner; Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when needed; Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly; Ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service throughout their dining experience; Set up and maintain cleanliness of dining areas before, during, and after service; Handle guest requests and resolve minor concerns professionally; Process bills and payments accurately when required; Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards; Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations; Perform other duties as assigned by management; Placement: Dewa Cafe, Gading Serpong.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent; Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel; Strong customer service and communication skills; Friendly, well-groomed, and professional; Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn; Good knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage; Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays; Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
