Kualifikasi

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage

Tanggung Jawab

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when needed
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service throughout their dining experience
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of dining areas before, during, and after service
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor concerns professionally
• Process bills and payments accurately when required
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
