Kualifikasi

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel
• Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and espresso-based beverages
• Familiarity with coffee equipment and basic maintenance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn
• Good personal grooming and hygiene
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage

Tanggung Jawab

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and work area
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and other bar equipment
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of inventory shortages
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Process customer orders and payments accurately when required
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
