Dewa Cafe is looking for a friendly and passionate Barista to join our Pre-opening team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and providing an outstanding cafe experience.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards; Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation; Provide friendly and professional customer service; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and work area; Operate and maintain coffee machines and other bar equipment; Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of inventory shortages; Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times; Process customer orders and payments accurately when required; Assist with opening and closing duties; Perform other duties as assigned by management; Placement: Dewa Cafe Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent; Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel; Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and espresso-based beverages; Familiarity with coffee equipment and basic maintenance; Strong customer service and communication skills; Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn; Good personal grooming and hygiene; Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays; Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
