Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management. Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role. Strong knowledge of product/project management , supply planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics. Experience with demand forecasting, S&OP, and ERP systems. Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in import/export operations is an advantage.
Tanggung jawab: Lead supply planning, forecasting, and inventory management activities; Develop supply scenarios and coordinate S&OP processes with stakeholders; Manage warehouse and delivery operations to ensure service excellence; Monitor inventory accuracy and implement inventory control improvements; Control logistics costs and identify cost-saving opportunities; Ensure timely product availability and efficient supply chain execution; Develop, review, and improve SOPs, KPIs, and operational processes; Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
