Posisi Sea Import Operation bertanggung jawab secara menyeluruh terhadap operasional impor melalui angkutan laut dari awal hingga akhir. Tugas utama meliputi pengelolaan proses pengapalan, penyiapan dan verifikasi dokumen impor, koordinasi erat dengan pihak pelayaran, vendor truk, dan bea cukai, serta memastikan seluruh kegiatan impor mematuhi regulasi yang berlaku dan SOP perusahaan. Kandidat juga bertugas memantau jadwal kapal, mengirimkan Notice of Arrival (NOA), membuat manifest, serta menjaga keakuratan catatan operasional.
Tanggung jawab: Handle full import shipment process for Sea Freight (FCL & LCL); Prepare and verify export documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, etc.); Coordinate with shipping lines, trucking vendors, and customs brokers; Liaise with overseas agents and customers regarding shipment schedules and updates; Monitor vessel schedules, sending NOA, create Manifest, etc; Ensure import activities comply with regulations and internal SOP; Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; Minimum 2 years experience in Sea Freight Import operations; Strong knowledge of Incoterms, B/L handling, and import procedures; Good communication skills in English; Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Required Skills:; Sea Freight Import Operations (FCL & LCL); Import Documentation & B/L Handling; Shipping Line, Vendor Coordination, Communicate with custom both offline and online; Time Management & Multitasking; Attention to Detail & Accuracy; Communication & Customer Service Skills; Problem-Solving Ability.

Kualifikasi
