Posisi Sea Export Operation bertanggung jawab penuh dalam menangani seluruh rangkaian operasional ekspor melalui angkutan laut secara end-to-end. Tugas utama meliputi penyiapan dan verifikasi dokumen pengapalan, koordinasi dengan pihak pelayaran, vendor truk, serta agen luar negeri untuk memastikan pengiriman berjalan lancar, tepat waktu, dan mematuhi regulasi serta SOP internal perusahaan. Kandidat akan berperan penting dalam memantau jadwal kapal, kesiapan kargo, serta mengelola catatan operasional yang akurat.
Tanggung jawab: Handle full export shipment process for Sea Freight (FCL & LCL); Prepare and verify export documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, etc.); Coordinate with shipping lines, trucking vendors, and customs brokers; Liaise with overseas agents and customers regarding shipment schedules and updates; Monitor vessel schedules, stuffing, and cargo readiness; Ensure export activities comply with regulations and internal SOP; Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; Minimum 2 years experience in Sea Freight Export operations; Strong knowledge of Incoterms, B/L handling, and export procedures; Good communication skills in English; Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Required Skills:; Sea Freight Export Operations (FCL & LCL); Export Documentation & B/L Handling; Shipping Line & Vendor Coordination; Time Management & Multitasking; Attention to Detail & Accuracy; Communication & Customer Service Skills; Problem-Solving Ability.
