Store Supervisor

At least 1 years of experience as a Store Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, or similar supervisory role in the retail industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to achieve sales targets and drive store performance. Good understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. Experienced in preparing sales reports, stock reports, and daily operational reports.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Honest, responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and in shifts.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with POS systems. Able to train, motivate, and evaluate store staff. Good command of English is an advantage.

Willing to be placed in Uluwatu, prefer domicile Bali
