About the role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Steward to join our kitchen and hospitality team at our Badung, Bali location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organisation, and smooth operation of our kitchen and dining facilities. As a Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, and efficiently stored. Your work is essential to supporting our culinary team and maintaining the high standards of hygiene and presentation that our guests expect. Key responsibilities Washing, sanitising, and storing all dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen utensils in accordance with health and safety standards Operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment and ensuring proper functioning of all machinery Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the scullery, kitchen floors, and storage areas Removing and disposing of kitchen waste in an environmentally responsible manner Restocking kitchen supplies and coordinating with the culinary team regarding equipment and utensil availability Assisting with food preparation support tasks as directed by the kitchen supervisor Following all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
