BaliSuperHost mencari individu yang ramah, komunikatif, dan profesional untuk menempati posisi Butler/Villa Host di area Pecatu, Bali. Peran ini didedikasikan untuk memberikan pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa bagi para tamu, memastikan seluruh operasional vila berjalan lancar, serta mempertahankan standar pelayanan yang tinggi selama tamu berada di properti. Tugas utama seorang Butler/Villa Host meliputi penyambutan tamu dengan layanan yang hangat dan personal, membantu segala permintaan dan reservasi tamu, berkoordinasi dengan tim housekeeping dan pemeliharaan, serta menangani keluhan tamu secara profesional untuk menjamin kepuasan yang optimal.
Tanggung jawab: Welcome guests and provide a personalized, warm experience; Assist guests with requests, reservations, and villa services; Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction; Monitor villa readiness and ensure all facilities are operational; Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly; Provide information about local attractions, experiences, and services; Maintain records of guest requests and feedback.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or a Villa Host role preferred; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proactive, attentive, and detail-oriented; Fluent in English (spoken and written); Professional, friendly, and guest-oriented attitude; Flexible and able to work in Pecatu, Bali.
