PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi is a Bali-based construction company specializing in the development of villas and boutique hotels. The company is currently expanding its site organization to manage ongoing construction projects and future developments. As a Site Surveyor, you will be responsible for the critical task of setting out and establishing levels for the entire site. Your work serves as the foundation for every column, wall, and slab, requiring high precision to ensure accuracy from the start. You will manage site grids, verify dimensions before concrete pours, and produce as-built survey data for the drafting team.
Tanggung jawab: Set out buildings, grid lines, columns, walls and openings from the approved drawings; Establish and protect benchmarks and level references across the site; Verify levels and dimensions before every concrete pour, and record the check; Produce as built survey data and hand it to the drafters for the as built drawings; Carry out topographic and volume surveys for earthworks; Report any discrepancy between the drawing and the ground immediately, in writing; Maintain the survey instruments and keep the calibration records current.
Kualifikasi: SMK or D3 in Geomatics, Geodesy, Civil Engineering or equivalent; Minimum 3 years as a surveyor on building projects; Fluent with total station, auto level and theodolite; GPS RTK is a plus.
