PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi adalah perusahaan konstruksi berbasis di Bali yang berfokus pada pembangunan vila dan hotel butik. Kami mencari Drafter Struktur & Arsitektur (CSA) untuk bergabung dengan tim situs kami. Anda akan bertanggung jawab memproduksi gambar kerja (shop drawing) untuk elemen sipil, struktur, dan arsitektur langsung dari kantor situs, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim lapangan untuk memastikan akurasi eksekusi proyek.
Tanggung jawab: Produce shop drawings for structure, masonry, waterproofing, finishing and architectural details from the consultant drawings; Keep the drawing register clean: every drawing indexed, revision controlled and dated; Revise drawings fast when site conditions or design change; Produce as built drawings from survey and site data; Support the supervisor with quantity take offs and material calculations; Coordinate drawings with the MEP drafters and flag clashes before they reach the concrete.
Kualifikasi: SMK Building or Drafting, D3 or S1 in Civil Engineering or Architecture; Minimum 2 years as a drafter on building projects; Contractor side experience is preferred over consultant side; Fluent in AutoCAD; SketchUp and Revit are an advantage; Can read a consultant drawing set and turn it into something a foreman can actually build from.
