PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi is a Bali-based construction company specializing in villas and boutique hotels. The company is expanding its site organization for current and future projects. This role involves leading the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) package on-site, reporting to the Project Manager Site. As a Site Supervisor CSA, you will oversee daily execution from structure to finishing, directing two CSA drafters. You are responsible for preparing work plans, briefing crews and subcontractors, checking setting out and dimensions, and ensuring all work is prepared for Quality Control inspections. You will also track material consumption and enforce safety rules.
