PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi is a Bali-based construction company specializing in the development of villas and boutique hotels. The company is currently expanding its site organization to manage ongoing projects and future developments. The Shop Drawing Drafter MEP plays a critical role in the project office, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations are accurately planned and coordinated with structural and architectural designs before construction begins to avoid costly rework. The primary responsibility involves producing detailed MEP shop drawings, including plumbing, drainage, clean water, electrical, lighting, air conditioning, and pool systems. You will coordinate MEP routes, flag potential clashes, produce sleeve and opening drawings, and maintain current as-built sets throughout the project lifecycle. You will report directly to the Site Supervisor MEP.
Tanggung jawab: Produce MEP shop drawings: plumbing, drainage, clean water, electrical, lighting, air conditioning and pool systems; Coordinate MEP routes against the structural and architectural drawings and flag every clash before the slab is cast; Produce sleeve and opening drawings for the structure ahead of every pour; Draw SLD one line diagrams, panel schedules and lighting layouts; Keep the MEP as built set current as installation proceeds; Hold the revision register and issue only the current sheet to site.
Kualifikasi: SMK Electrical or Mechanical, D3 or S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent site experience; Minimum 2 years drafting MEP on building projects; Contractor side experience is preferred over consultant side; Fluent in AutoCAD; Revit MEP is an advantage; Ability to read an SLD and a plumbing schematic without supervision.
