Sell apartments, create reports, conduct market research, build networks, maintain accounts, establish corporate clients, and achieve targets
Tanggung jawab: Sell apartment units; Create sales report; Perform intensive marketing research to identify potential new markets and opportunities; Build strong network to ensure sales performance; Maintain existing accounts and establishes new accounts database by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunity, including canvassing if necessary; Establishing corporate clients database by presenting company profiles to corporate contacts; Achieve target sets by the company.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Senior High School in any major; Minimum 2 year of working experience as Sales Executive in Apartment Building; Sales oriented personality, good communication and have and/or min. 4 years of experience in property industry sales wide network; Sales oriented personality, good communication and have a wide network; Willing to be placed in the Jakarta area (Southgate/Aerium/The Elements).
