Perusahaan berfokus pada efisiensi dan praktik ramah lingkungan di seluruh Indonesia. Posisi Safety Fieldman bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan kepatuhan K3 di lapangan, melakukan inspeksi, investigasi kecelakaan, serta memberikan pelatihan keselamatan bagi kontraktor di area Cilegon.
Tanggung jawab: Inspection & Monitoring: Conduct daily "Toolbox" meetings and monitor loading areas, machinery, and vehicle inspections to identify unsafe acts or conditions.; Compliance & Auditing: Enforce SOPs, HIRADC (Hazard Identification), and Life-Saving Rules. Conduct "Job Cycle" audits and Forklift BBS (Behavior-Based Safety) observations.; Training & Mentorship: Provide safety inductions for new contractors and conduct "refresh" training on topics like WAH and PPE usage.; Incident Management: Investigate workplace accidents, identify root causes, and prepare detailed investigation reports.; Reporting: Maintain daily and monthly safety performance reports and track safety observation card targets.; Emergency Response: Lead crew members to assembly points during emergencies and ensure equipment is safely powered down..
Kualifikasi: Education : Minimum Bachelor Degree graduate with min GPA 3.00.; Certification : Ahli K3 Umum (certified by the Ministry of Manpower) is required.; Essential Skills : Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, and a disciplined personality.; Desirable Skills : Good communication, analytical thinking, and time management. Ability to work shifts.; Digital Savvy : Ability to create visual graphics (posters/campaigns) and safety content for social media platforms.; Willing to be placed at Cilegon area..
