PT Uniair Indotama Cargo, yang didirikan pada tahun 1989 di Jakarta, merupakan perusahaan freight forwarding yang menyediakan solusi rantai pasok (supply chain) end-to-end. Sebagai bagian dari DIMERCO Express Group, perusahaan telah berkembang pesat dengan jaringan lebih dari 300 kantor di seluruh dunia. Program Management Development Program (MDP) dirancang untuk mencetak pemimpin masa depan di perusahaan. Peserta akan menjalani pelatihan intensif dan ditempatkan di berbagai lokasi operasional perusahaan di Indonesia. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pengembangan kemampuan manajerial, pemahaman mendalam tentang industri logistik (ekspor-impor), serta kontribusi aktif dalam proyek-proyek perusahaan.
Kualifikasi: Bachelors / Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (TI), and Information System (SI), or Transportation Management, Logistics Management, Chinese Literature from reputable university; Minimum GPA 3,50; Fresh graduate welcome to apply with max. 2 year work experience; Strong knowledge in computer software/website programmer; Have knowledge related to the logistics industry, especially export-import; Proficient in Ms. Office; Fluent in English is a must; Fluent in Mandarin is a must for Chinese Literature graduate; Good Leadership and Communication skills; Able to work as a strong team member, ambitious, hardworking and good analytical thinking; Willing to be placed in UIC Group throughout Indonesia (Batam, Semarang, Jakarta, Tangerang, Marunda).
