Didukung oleh anak perusahaan seperti PT. Harapan Teknik Shipyard (HTS) di Cilegon, perusahaan terus memperluas layanan dan armadanya di industri maritim. Sebagai Port Engineer, Anda memegang peranan penting dalam mengawasi, memelihara, dan memastikan kondisi teknis seluruh armada kapal yang beroperasi di area pelabuhan. Tanggung jawab utama Anda mencakup pelaksanaan inspeksi dan pemeliharaan mesin, penanganan troubleshooting, koordinasi dengan tim operasional dan vendor eksternal, manajemen jadwal docking dan perbaikan, kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan maritim, serta penyusunan laporan teknis guna mendukung kelancaran operasional pelayaran dan bongkar muat.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor and ensure the technical condition of vessels operating within the port area; Conduct inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of vessels; Coordinate with operations, marine teams, and external technical vendors; Ensure compliance with maritime safety standards and regulations; Manage docking schedules, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs; Prepare technical reports and provide improvement recommendations; Support smooth loading and unloading operations from an engineering perspective.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Minimum 2- years of experience as a Port Engineer, Chief Engineer; Strong knowledge of vessel machinery systems and maintenance; Familiar with maritime regulations (classification societies, flag state requirements, etc.); Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic, site-based environment; Experience in shipping, offshore, or maritime logistics companies; Relevant certifications (e.g., Marine Engineer License, ATT) are an advantage; Experience handling multiple vessels (multi-vessel operations); Please attach your maritime resume and provide proof of an ATT-ll or ATT-1 certificate & If you are submitting a Seafarers Certificate, please attach the seafarers documents..
