Posisi Operational Excellence & Process Engineering Assistant Manager di Plant Cikande ini bertanggung jawab untuk mendorong inisiatif keunggulan operasional dengan memimpin dan mengoordinasikan aktivitas perbaikan di berbagai pilar operasional. Peran ini mencakup identifikasi peluang perbaikan proses, fasilitasi pemecahan masalah lintas fungsi, serta pengembangan kapabilitas karyawan untuk membangun budaya perbaikan berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan kualitas operasional pabrik.
Tanggung jawab: Drive Operational Excellence initiatives within the plant; Lead and coordinate improvement activities across various operational pillars; Identify process improvement opportunities; Facilitate cross-functional problem solving; Develop employee capabilities to build a culture of continuous improvement; Ensure improvement initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained to enhance plant efficiency, productivity, quality, and overall operational performance.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3-S1 in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; 3-5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, or related roles; Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, TPS, TQM, and/or WCM practices; Experienced in process analysis, continuous improvement, and structured problem solving; Good understanding of GMP and Quality Management Systems (ISO); Strong communication, collaboration skills, leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional; Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with SAP/ERP; knowledge of CAD is an advantage; Willing to be placed at Plant Cikande.
