The Univenus di Serang, Banten, yang bergerak di bidang industri manufaktur proses seperti tisu, kertas, dan FMCG, membuka kesempatan bagi Expert AI Engineer untuk merancang, mengembangkan, serta mengimplementasikan solusi berbasis kecerdasan buatan guna meningkatkan keandalan peralatan, mengoptimalkan kinerja proses, meningkatkan kualitas produk, serta menekan limbah operasional melalui analitik prediktif dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Peran ini menuntut kolaborasi erat dengan tim produksi, pemeliharaan, dan teknik untuk menerjemahkan tantangan operasional menjadi solusi AI yang efektif di lantai pabrik.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and continuously enhance Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to support predictive maintenance and improve machine reliability by utilizing historical and real-time operational data; Implement and ensure the effective operation of AI systems, including early warning systems, within the production environment to deliver stable, reliable, and scalable solutions; Manage and integrate data from various industrial sources (e.g., PLC, sensors, historians) to ensure data quality, consistency, and readiness for AI model development and analysis; Analyze and optimize machine operating parameters using AI-driven insights to improve process efficiency, production stability, and product quality; Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the performance of AI models and systems to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and long-term sustainability; Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to translate operational challenges into AI-based solutions and support effective implementation on the shop floor; Develop technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer to relevant teams to support adoption and sustainable utilization of AI solutions within mill operations; To Implement Mill / Company Policies related to Sustainability Compliance & Management System (MBOS, ISO, HSE, 6S, COC, Social & Security); Job Requirement :.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 5–8 years of experience AI / Machine Learning development or Data analytics or data science roles; Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies; Experience with predictive analytics, computer vision, and AI deployment in manufacturing environments; Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and data visualization tools such as Power BI; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill; Candidates must be willing to work at PT. The Univenus Serang, Banten; Tissue, paper, FMCG, or process manufacturing industry; Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Lean Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0; Experience working with production, converting, packaging, and supply chain data.
