Public Affair Specialist (Permit and Public Relation) bertanggung jawab dalam riset kebijakan dan regulasi, serta pengelolaan perizinan dan hubungan masyarakat. Peran ini krusial dalam memastikan seluruh operasional proyek mematuhi hukum dan peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Tugas utama meliputi kompilasi dan interpretasi hukum, peraturan pemerintah, dan kebijakan terkait sektor pertambangan, kehutanan, lingkungan, investasi, industri, energi, serta TKDN. Spesialis ini juga memantau progres perizinan, menyusun dokumen resmi pemerintah, mendukung pertemuan dengan instansi pemerintah, serta memberikan dukungan kepada manajemen ekspatriat dalam memahami kebijakan dan prosedur administratif di Indonesia.
Tanggung jawab: Policy and Regulatory Research: conduct retrieval, compilation, and preliminary interpretation of Indonesian laws, government regulations, ministerial decrees, ministerial decisions, local government regulations, and related policy documents. Perform; Permitting and Government Affairs Tracking: assist in monitoring government approvals, permits, and policy coordination matters related to the project; establish and maintain permit inventories, government affairs logs, and policy updates; continuous; Government Documents and Materials: independently draft standardized Indonesian government official letters, application letters, explanatory letters, meeting materials, and PPTs; compile project introductions, issue lists, policy requests, and suppo; Government meetings and external liaison support: accompanying participation in central and local government meetings, coordination meetings, and project-specific meetings; accurately recording the opinions, commitments, requirements, responsible per; Comprehensive Support from the Advisory Team: assist Expatriate management personnel in quickly understanding Indonesian government policies, administrative procedures, and official documents; distill the core content of important Indonesian document.
