Posisi Presales Network & Security (Solution Architect) hadir untuk menganalisis dan memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis serta teknis pelanggan secara komprehensif. Peran ini menjembatani solusi teknologi tingkat lanjut dengan kebutuhan strategis klien. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi perancangan solusi infrastruktur jaringan (LAN, WAN, WLAN, keamanan jaringan, dan Data Center), penyusunan dokumen teknis seperti proposal dan arsitektur jaringan, serta melakukan presentasi teknis kepada pelanggan. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi erat dengan mitra teknologi, mendukung proses tender, serta melakukan demonstrasi produk atau Proof of Concept (PoC) bila diperlukan.
Tanggung jawab: Understand customer business and technical requirements; Design infrastructure solutions including LAN, WAN, WLAN, Network Security, and Data Center; Prepare technical documents such as proposals, Bill of Materials (BoM), and network architecture diagrams; Deliver technical presentations to customers in collaboration with the sales team; Work closely with technology partners and vendors (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sangfor, MikroTik, Juniper, etc.); Support tender and procurement processes, including document analysis and responses to RFP/RFQ; Provide technical input for pricing and commercial proposals; Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) or product demonstrations when required.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; Minimum 1-2 year of experience in a relevant role; Fresh graduates are welcome. Internship experience is a plus, with strong technical knowledge in networking and/or security; Good understanding of networking concepts (IP Addressing, Routing, Switching, Wireless, TCP/IP); Experience or knowledge in Network Security solutions such as Firewall, VPN, IPS/IDS, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Endpoint Security, or related security technologies; Familiar with security products such as Fortinet (FortiGate), Palo Alto Networks, Sangfor, Check Point, Cisco Security, Sophos, or similar vendors is a plus; Ability to create clear technical documentation and presentations; Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging with customers.
