Personal Assistant of Sales Department Head (Jakarta) Job Responsibilities: Arrange meeting schedules and manage the daily agenda of the Department Head
Assist in reviewing documents prior to approval and signature by the Department Head Provide translation support when the Department Head communicates with non-Mandarin speaking employees Act as a communication bridge between the Department Head and other departments
Support sales activities when needed, including customer follow-up and accompanying the Department Head on field visits or client meetings Requirements: Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) as a working language
Bachelor’s degree or above, relevant major preferred Relevant working experience is an advantage Strong sense of responsibility, good execution, and teamwork skills
