Baliwood Bingin is a boutique hotel located in the heart of Bingin, Bali, featuring 14 rooms, a rooftop yoga shala, spa, and an infinity pool. The property offers a relaxed luxury atmosphere and caters to traditional hotel stays, retreats, private buyouts, events, and exclusive group experiences. We are seeking an exceptional leader to take full ownership of the day-to-day operations and guide the property toward the highest standards of service and operational excellence. As the Operational Manager, you will lead the team, maintain property standards, and ensure every department functions efficiently. You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance, solving operational challenges, and fostering a culture of accountability and pride. This role requires a hands-on leader who can anticipate issues, manage guest relations, and support the owners in concept development and commercial growth.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee the full daily operation of the hotel across all departments; Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, maintenance, guest relations, and external suppliers; Maintain high operational standards and efficient day-to-day systems; Ensure the property is always guest-ready, polished, and professionally run; Deliver and maintain exceptional guest service standards throughout the property; Ensure rooms, public areas, spa, pool, and facilities are always presented at a premium level; Handle guest feedback and operational issues professionally and efficiently; Create memorable guest experiences and maintain a warm boutique hospitality culture; Be fully on top of all maintenance matters, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules; Follow up closely with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure tasks are completed properly and on time; Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to identify issues before they become problems; Ensure all technical systems are functioning smoothly and reliably; Lead, train, motivate, and manage the hotel team across departments; Create clear structure, routines, and accountability for all staff; Ensure team members follow instructions, procedures, and service standards; Build a positive, productive, and respectful working culture; Manage performance, discipline, and development when required; Quickly identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions; Stay calm under pressure and make strong decisions when needed; Anticipate issues before they arise and stay one step ahead; Take full ownership of making sure the hotel runs efficiently every day; Support retreats, events, private buyouts, and group bookings; Assist ownership with concept development and continuous improvement; Monitor costs, stock levels, and operational performance.
Kualifikasi: Proven experience in hotel operations, hospitality management, or resort management; Experience from boutique hotels, villas, luxury hospitality, or pre-opening projects is highly valued; Strong leadership skills with the ability to gain respect and lead teams effectively; Excellent problem-solving skills and strong business judgment; Strong understanding of premium guest service and operational excellence; Good understanding of maintenance follow-up and property standards; Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; Hands-on attitude with willingness to be involved where needed; Calm, confident, and professional under pressure.
