Posisi Customer Service ini berfokus pada penanganan pelanggan dari Malaysia untuk layanan transportasi online. Anda akan bekerja di tim Yogyakarta dengan tugas utama menyelesaikan pertanyaan dan kendala pelanggan melalui chat, email, dan telepon. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Inggris, serta kemampuan problem-solving yang cepat. Anda akan bekerja dalam lingkungan tim internasional yang suportif dengan sistem kerja shifting 24/7.
Tanggung jawab: Chat, send email, and call customers and solve their questions in an online transportation with care; Handle basic technical issues (we provide scripts!); Escalate important matters when needed; Hit performance goals.
Kualifikasi: Minimum diploma atau bachelor's degree in any field; Strong Bahasa Melayu skills (written & spoken, Level B2 Upper Intermediate - C1 Advanced); Intermediate English skills (Level B1 - B2); Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Willing to work on a shifting schedule (24/7 operational hours); Good problem-solving and multitasking skills; Able to type 50+ words per minute is a plus; Fast learner, independent, and ready to work; Willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.
