The Kitchen Hand (RnD) plays a vital role in supporting the culinary team with daily production tasks. This position involves assisting Chefs or Cooks in the preparation of food ingredients, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring that all equipment is ready for use. The role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of the kitchen operations and ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met at all times.
Tanggung jawab: Assisting in food preparation (washing, cutting, peeling, weighing); Supporting cooking processes; Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment; Storing ingredients according to FIFO/FEFO standards; Managing receipt, movement, and arrangement of raw materials; Reporting equipment damage or ingredient shortages.
Kualifikasi: Ability to follow instructions from Chef or Supervisor; Understanding of FIFO/FEFO standards; Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; Ability to use PPE and work equipment correctly.
