Posisi Industrial Relations bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola dan memelihara iklim hubungan industrial yang kondusif antara perusahaan dan karyawan. Peran ini mencakup pengembangan, peninjauan, dan penerapan kebijakan ketenagakerjaan yang sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia. Selain itu, posisi ini menangani kasus-kasus hubungan industrial seperti perselisihan, tindakan disipliner, dan proses pemutusan hubungan kerja. Pemegang posisi ini juga bertindak sebagai perwakilan perusahaan dalam negosiasi (PKB, Bipartit, Tripartit), memastikan kepatuhan penuh terhadap audit ketenagakerjaan, serta memberikan saran strategis kepada manajemen terkait risiko ketenagakerjaan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and maintain a conducive industrial relations climate; Develop, review, and implement employment policies; Handle industrial relations cases (disputes, disciplinary actions, termination); Represent the Company in negotiations (PKB, Bipartite, Tripartite forum); Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws; Oversee labor audits and legal documentation; Provide strategic advisory to management; Liaise with government institutions (e.g., Disnaker); Develop preventive strategies to minimize conflicts; Prepare and manage statutory labor reports (WLKP, LKS Bipartit, etc.).
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Law; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Relations; Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
