Tanggung jawab: Provide support to Solution Design to convert proposal to real operation with complex customer requirement within timeline and budget; Provide module for operations to do own implementation for service expansion; Overseeing the successful execution of projects within an Organization; Developing comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and milestone; Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities, and facilitating effective communication between team members; Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes; Engaging with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle; Implementing quality control measure to ensure deliverables meet predefined standards and align with client expectations; Minimum 3 years' experience in a related field; Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to lead and motivates team, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts to ensure project success; Capacity to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions to address them; Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiency, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment; Strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and achieving customer satisfaction.
